This is a custom listing for Package A which includes: a concept board with design proposal fitted to your needs and approved by you, floorplan of the space with furniture arrangement, two (2) concept revisions, and a source list that includes all items in the concept board.

Here's how it works:

What we need from you:

1. Answer our Design Inquiry created to understand your specific needs and style for the room of your choice. The downloadable questionnaire will be sent to your Etsy inbox within an hour after your purchase. This questionnaire is your chance to provide as much information as possible so we can get to know your budget, general style, favorite color palettes, the feel and functionality of how you want this space to work for you.

2. Measure your space and take photos from each angle for our reference. The more information you provide the better we can send you an exact space. We ask that you let us know if any existing pieces will be staying in the room; we will do our best to incorporate those into your design. Photos and measurements will be requested for each piece that you'd like to keep. A PDF can be sent upon request on how to measure your space.

3. Provide us with 5-10 inspiration images that you feel best describe your ideal style for the space. These photos can be attached via email or a link to your Pinterest page can be sent through your Etsy inbox. Remember, the more inspiration photos we receive; the more tailored your design will be.

What we will do:

1. We take all of the information you provide and create a curated concept board tailored specifically for you. Complete with furnishings, accessories, art, lighting, a color palette, window and floor treatments. We strive to have this delivered back to you within 1 week of your initial order date. 2 revisions are included to help refine the design to fit your ideal vision.

2. Once the concept board has been approved by you, we will move on the space plan. A detailed layout will be sent to you that includes all architectural elements and accurate dimensions. Every furniture piece and décor item will be represented to scale in the design to help create a visual for how the space will actually look from a size perspective.

3. A detailed source list that is user friendly will be provided that includes photos, dimensions, details and links to each piece that make it easy to shop and order. Please keep in mind that you are NOT obligated to purchase every piece in the design. If you absolutely love the design but are not ready to pull the plug just yet; we encourage our clients to complete their project in phases.

Things to keep in mind:

* This listing is ONLY for a concept and layout. We are NOT responsible for any modifications or installation that needs to take place if applicable to making your vision come to life. It is up to the customer to find and hire their own general contractor, cabinet installer, electrician, etc.

* We will always have your budget in mind throughout the entire process

* This is an All-Inclusive-Custom Package; everything is included once we have the important details from you

* You will receive your first mood board within a week of the day you initially placed your order. All revisions will be sent within 48 hours from when we receive your feedback on the design. Once you approve your mood board, you will receive your space plan and source list within 72 hours.

* We will do our best to ensure that the items we select for your design are in stock and ready to ship so that you can have a completed room ASAP
